Last night we went to the US Open. Above is me and Lisa getting ready to go. In honor of our busted Yankees trip, we decided to revive the Stripe Trifecta. Don’t worry, we actually had the tickets for this event!
We took the 7 train ass-far into Queens and finally arrived at the US Open!
The day matches ran long, so we had to wait outside of Arthur Ashe stadium for a long time. These women were outside with us and I can only hope that Maren and I will be that fashion savvy when we are their ages.
We saw Andy Roddick play and he dominated. It was awesome and most important, my presence at the match did not cause him to lose! Yes!
Last year when Zak and I went to the Open, he took a picture of me that he called my nursing headshot. So, in honor of that, we all took nursing headshots this year.
One can only assume we’ll be getting acting and nursing job with these awesome photos any minute.
I’ll keep you posted on how that goes.
Needless to say, the US Open rocked and I can’t wait to go again next year!
