(Sorry for the late post, Grandma, I forgot yesterday).

Some of you may not know, but we celebrate Cinco de March. Lisa, Zak and I had the inaugural celebration in 2007 and ate at Harry’s Burritos and Lisa and I got a little liquored up before heading off to work.

The next year, Meghan, Maren and I ate a Viva Pancho and had a great time with good sangria.

This year we ate a Panch Villa in Tannersville New York and had a great meal with great drinks and the bartender sent us free tequilla rose shots. The girls had never had them before and were quite pleased. We had to eat a Pancho Villa on Quatro de March instead of Cinco de March because the restaurant we wanted to eat yesterday was closed on Wednesdays and so we had to do a little switch. We decided it was okay because it was the 5th of March in Australia.

Then we headed home on the backroads and made our own canvas totes. You know, for fun.

Then we sadly pooped out and went to bed at 10:00 pm. But we are in the country, so we’re operating on country time. Speaking of country time, Maren and I also learned to croched on Quatro de March. That’s right, crochet!
